01Is MyKimi right for personal trainers and instructors?
Yes. Clients book personal training, consultations or group classes themselves, so you focus on training, not on the phone. When someone cancels, the system offers the spot to other clients.
02How much does MyKimi cost?
Nothing.You pay no monthly fee or commission on bookings for the booking system. Any optional add-ons will always be clearly marked.
03Who pays the booking fee?
The client. When booking, they pay a reservation fee CZK 30.00, which they see before paying. That makes them take the appointment much more seriously and book it only when they know they will keep it.
04What if a client cancels?
You set the cancellation rules yourself and the client sees them when booking. The system of automatic replacements offers the freed slot to other clients. A client who cancels often or does not show up is marked as unreliable. If it repeats, the system or the salon manager can block their bookings.
05How do automatic replacements work?
When a slot frees up, MyKimi automatically offers it to clients who want it. You do not have to call anyone and the calendar stays full.
06Do I need my own website or app?
No. You get your own booking page whose link you can share with clients. Bookings and management work in the browser on a phone and a computer.
